    Garuda is weapons, just like all the other Primals. There's already concept art up on it from a while back when 2.0 was announced. While Primal armor would be cool, there's no precedent for it so I'm not getting my hopes up.

    So we are getting two sets of weapons this patch...hmmm so maybe Garuda geared torward classes and JSW for jobs...I see this going really wrong for some reason...
