I don't care if people know about it or not and if they do it or not. This person just has an astounding lack of self awareness by whining about people exploiting the system while exploiting it themselves by having a solo FC.

Solo FCs are something that SE clearly allows.

However, the OP is looking just to get a single FC house.

Others have obtained multiple FC houses on same world same service account, which is a violation of the spirit of the system if not the letter of the system. If players were intended to have multiple FC houses, the ownership language in the Guide would not be restrictive. It would simply say players are allowed 8 FC houses per world.

Also, the "criminals" comment wasn't specifically about game related activities. There are a lot of real world criminals that work to spread misinformation so they can profit, usually through social media since social media addicts are willing to believe just about anything they're told. I wasn't trying to imply you are one but certainly comments like your "none of your business" in the context of the OP's post make you sound like one.

SE is fine with players making characters on other worlds to get more houses. How many others in this thread and in the subforum in general have houses on multiple worlds?

Instead of fighting with each other, our attention should be directed at SE for allowing this mess to continue. The design of the housing system is their choice. They could work on and implement a new design. They could implement manual enforcement of house ownership to make certain it is one personal, one FC per world per service account instead of trying to rely on fully automated enforcement that has only caused problems for legitimate players trying to stay within the rules while leaving the majority who are exploiting the system untouched.

I'm sorry, no. You can't do it by yourself as you need another account or a friend to place the other characters in the FC. If this can be considered as being "allowed"(which it indeed is), then owning more than a single house is as well. Both use the system in ways it wasn't intended to.

Of course having a single solo FC isn't in the same level as owning an entire ward, but still. I too have a solo FC, so I have the decency of not complaining about what other people do with the system.

Do you need the assistance of at least one other player or additional service account to set up a FC? Yes.

Do you need that assistance to keep the FC? No.

SE already auto-disbands cross world linkshells that only have 1 player for a period of 24 consecutive hours. If they didn't want solo FCs, they could do the same with FCs and disband them after 24 hours with only one member or one service account represented in the FC.

Clearly, they are allowed.

You don't need a friend, or another account: just another player.
You need four to sign the application, that's the only time four are required.

I was asked to sign one once, by a complete stranger, and I did, because I am by nature helfpul.
I signed, two other strangers did as well, the FC was formed, and everyone but the original player was kicked from the FC. Which was exactly what we expected.

The downside to signing someone else's FC application is that you can't make your own application for 30 days.

But my spouse could, and I could sign it, so we made our own FC later that day.
My spouse created the application, and my three alts on that world signed it: done.
Because company chests are too awesome to not have.

Not deleting solo FCs makes sense. You start one with friends or whatever, hoping to thrive as a group, (or not), and along the way, people leave for whatever reasons. You cannot or may not even want to look for other players by scouring the player base especially if friends are gone from game or happy in their existing FC. Should a solo player lose their hard-earned FC due to circumstances beyond their control?? I think not hehe. On the subject of one person having multiple FCs just for profit in thios limited housing situation, well I have my own thoughts on that which I choose to keep to myself so I don't get called "hostile"... but you get the idea
