    Probably fixed itself by now, but if not, try on PC prior to launching the game, in Windows 10 type in the search box CMD and press enter, open as Admin and type in the window: ipconfig /flushdns

    This will also help with 90001+ and 2002 errors.

    She has tried this and the issue persists.
