    While I agree this should be a feature.. half of our forum problems would be over if people could just NOT post on troll threads.

    I don't disagree though even when volatile threads were ignored they just ended up being brought back to the front page anyway...

    I imagine some of us end up responding just to inject some healthy pushback so this place doesn't effectively just turn into another Twitter.

    Really though, it's always a choice to continue a conversation and that post limit should help you think about those choices.
