Assuming we do interact with them in the rest of the 6.x patchs/7.0, I would not mind seeing Gra as a Red Mage. Like you say he has all the skills at his disposal. It really should be his DPS option in trusts, post Shadowbringers anyway. As for Alisaie, I think the dance/raw magic nature of RDM suits her... but I feel she is due to be getting a new Job soon, and if she does I can very well see her as a Tank. She really likes to get up and personal with her foes, and it would make for some nice symmetry with Alphinaud being a healer.

Alisaie being a tank WOULD be a perfect odds to Alphinaud. Him being the tactician, her being the one rushing into danger. Maybe they can use this as an opportunity to give us a Rune Knight as a tank, since Rune Knight is the reverse of a Red Mage, a skilled physical attacker in heavy armor with a few high level magical spells.

No. I'm a Red Mage main and I love Alisaie but I can't stand Graha. I'd be VERy disappointed if he played my favorite job, lol. :P

G'raha actually has optional dialogue acknowledging his Job change(s), right after 5.3 when he joins the Scions iirc? Something to the effect that magic will be more useful in battle.
