There are plans for Airship and Submarine voyages to be expanded to personal housing

SE would either nerf the Salvaged Accessories or remove them off the personal voyage loot tables if personal voyages were the same as the FC voyages..

Do you really expect them to make a brand new feature for personal house owners rather than just port/copy the workshop feature? I doubt it. It will be the same feature with perhaps a restriction or two.
Similarly how personal housing and FC housing practically is the same thing.

I envision them making the same thing, without the crafting built in and the loot table to be different at the very least. If they do not, that's just some pure laziness and IDGAF attitude towards housing. Well, now that I say it out loud...

I still think attached to EW Island (with EW island rewards) is best. You get a quest from Nekomimi-san to find a wrecked submarine on a distant shore at level 20, and then gather the materials to repair it, and have them craft it over a month or two.
