By name at least, she's definitely a Keeper.

There are some Miqo’te with names that don’t match their appearance and probably have heritage mixed between the clans. The most famous example is Minfilia’s mom, F’lhaminn, who has the appearance of a Keeper with a Seeker name.

The other Keepers of note off the top of my head who haven’t been mentioned already are Zhloe (the orphanage lady), Jihli (Hatching Tide prophet and same clan as Khloe and Zhloe), and the girl from NOAH who is currently possessed by the actual Noah. There’s also an angry, unnamed male Keeper in a bar in the Shroud.

It’s my own personal headcanon that the wandering life of an adventurer perfectly fits male Keepers and Miqo’te as a whole and that their number being over-represented in adventurers doesn’t break canon.

The only mooncat lore I can remember in-game comes from small bits in the archer class story. And even that focuses more on the elezen (whose name escapes me right now).

Otherwise, the most noteworthy mooncat NPC I can think of is......Khloe Aliapoh. The kitten who hands out Wondrous Tails.

Nhagi'a's "Just call me Nhagi" line led to people on twitter realising that there's a discrepancy between how the Japanese version of the Miqo'te naming rules explain male Keeper names vs how English and German does it. The JP version is missing the "the son's name is based on their mother's" bit.

French seems to split the difference by saying that since male births are so rare sometimes a son will drop the article because he has no brothers.

The fact that we've gone 12+ years without anyone noticing this is a testament to just how few Keeper NPCs there are.

I'm personally interested in the mystics of the tribe that get mentioned couple of times in some obscure pieces of lore. Keepers being hunters is quite widely known but the mystical talent they have seem to be neglected. Hopefully we can get something with the alliance raids when we get to Menphina.
