Maybe if the call was from the corporation of Square Enix, they wouldn't dismiss these concerned calls and do their job to reach out and figure out what is going on. It seems like Frontier is just turning the other way until SE hopefully does something about it...

The thing is that its not only with SE. Try to do a tracert to any other game server and you will get packet loss. It is definitely something to do with the nodes Frontier is using to forward during peak hours and it just so happen to coincide with the 6.2 patch.
