Both the dungeon and the trial of 6.2 where great.

I hope that whoever designed the trial and dungeon get to design the next ones.

The fights where good enough to keep you on your toes. But not so hard as to being impossible to clear blind. Good balance. And I can imagine the trial would be a nightmare to clear on savage. (as it should).

I enjoyed facing a female boss that didn't do the uwu "I'm a pretty sorceress" pose.

I am glad they added mechanics with consequence back into boss fights with this dungeon, felt good knowing if I mess up, I can actually die. I haven't healed it yet, but outgoing damage from the bosses looked higher so maybe a little more healing intensive too which is always a good thing. The dungeon is probably my favorite thus far and the trial was a blast with all of the movement. Definitely a huge step up from what we were given in 6.1.

I healed the trial on my first run and yeah, you're kept busy.

I love AoE hell boss fights. Barbariccia was the most fun trial boss I've done so far in EW although I'm extremely biased at how much the FFXIV rendition of "Dreadful Fight" slapped.

But this also goes with why I liked the Magus Sisters dungeon boss in Tower of Zot because you spent so much of your time dodging, reacting to aoe patterns while trying to do your rotations.
I wouldnt want every boss fight to be designed like this, but I absolutely love it when they sprinkle it every now and then.
