Possible island sanctuary landmark bug

Spoilers for construction on the Island.

I chose for my first landmark the windmill. I was certain I could go up since there's a platform and stairs, but when I tried to climb the latter it's blocked off by an invisible wall. There's no other way to go up. I don't know if there needs to be renovations done, but that doesn't make sense to show the platform without a means to get up.

If this isn't a bug, please consider in the future not to preview platforms and stairs in locations we clearly cannot reach.

If there's another way to go up, please let me know! Still very new to Island Sanctuaries

you unlock flight on the island later

Thank you so much for this information! Yes, that is pretty terrible lol. I was nearly going to destroy it for the treehouse. Honestly, that feels like an incredibly cheap way to make use of the windmill. Hopefully in the future SE will design these buildings a little better. : /
