Game Crashing - Steam Version

For myself I keep getting these crashes (pictures taken from a different post from 5.1), for myself when ever I go into a cutscene my game crashes.
I have tried:
1. Re-installing my game
2. sfc /scannow
3. underclocking gpu
4. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth now
5. Re-installing graphics drivers
6. launch everything in admin
7. Run in compatibility mode
8. Delete local profile data
9. Restarting computer (multiple times)

I think there were more things but I can't remember I've been trying to fix it since the patch launch today.

I've been getting all of these exact errors the minute I try to enter a cutscene. Also had it upon changing my class.

yeah like, I have also tried all that and more. Looking at my firewall, changing some boot up settings, changing a property that disables prioritising full-screen or something, downloading a microsoft thing, launching in safe mode... Basically, you name it and I've tried it. Some of these fixes work for some it seems, but not everyone. I just hope they fix it for us so we can play. This is such a big patch and so many people cannot play it. I have friends who booked this week off of work to play and can't.
