3.3 Profanity and Offensive Language. You may not use profanity or any language that a reasonable person would find offensive. The Game is for a user aged 13 and older. You agree to behave accordingly.

Which would seem obvious, but I barely talk to anyone in the game at all. How am I supposed to enjoy playing the game now?

I don't think your in-game account can be warned for things you say on the forum, can it? I thought at most they just send you to baby jail on the forums.

Speaking as someone who has met the forum police once, it does not affect your in game account. The forum and in game are considered separate entities in terms of temp bans and such on the forum side and I was able to play the game as normal.

They say it can but I haven't heard anyone get that harsh punishment other than banned on the forum.
My ex was banned here but can still play the game.
