Hmm, it does sound like that's what they're talking about. It has indeed been a problem for a very long time.

As far as cheating goes, the best defense is a good offense. They should ban/suspend the few that decide to cheat instead of punishing everyone equally. It's obvious they got sick of all the GM calls regarding bots in XI, but that comes with the genre.

Yeah they seem to have a mentality where they'll poison everyone in order to deal with a few "wrong'uns". Hence the god awful lag when trying to use any menus because they're all server side (I literally cannot re-assign actions outside the Ifrit fight for some reason?)
