    They only nerfed the rook, once it updates to queen there is no nerf in potencies. They changed it so instead of your pet being out for longer based on battery gauge it has a set duration and the damage increases based on battery gauge. If anything this is a buff at max level as you now get more power in a shorter duration (more likely to fit it into buff windows/avoid losing it to boss jumps).

    This is correct as the previous tooltips for abilities used to say "Potency increases as Battery Gauge exceeds required cost at time of deployment." never gave you the actual amount of the increase and was very vague in the wording to say the least.

    I was completely wrong in my math, my apologies.
