Sadly I don't think I'll ever get my Nuremburg Trials for any of the remaining Garlean higher-ups. Quintus offed himself so he can't faced trial and there's very few remaining high command and the only remnants are the few surviving Senators. And even the ex-Garlean slaves living right outside the city have only one side-quest bit before being brushed aside. But there's still four patches to go and later expansions - we returned to Ishgard, Ala Mhigo, and Doma to continue to address their lingering social problems after overthrowing their old oppressive political systems. Only the places in Norvrandt have a 'done' feeling to their political status.
