I like how this thread has basically devolved into actual Hrothgar players being almost universally upset, while non-Hrothgar players try to convince them they are wrong.

Thats how it typically goes with people who dont care. Hroth players have been asking for the bare minimum for almost 4 years. They're handed table scraps and then others are telling them "Be happy you got something!" even if that something was haphazardly thrown together

In all seriousness, Hrothgar still have a ways to go to catch up to everyone else in the customization department. I'm hoping there are some new hairs added to Hrothgar for this patch that weren't otherwise shown in the notes, but we'll have to wait and see.

I'm really speechless that they didn't adjust any hair for the hrothgars in this patch. I put myself in the situation, and I just feel like punching the computer screen just imagining myself in this kind of situation.

Yes, the ears are back and this is good news, but don't stop pressing. They asked for more time between one patch and another, didn't they? So let this be reflected in the game improvements.

Really, the best way to fix the hair problem with Hrothgar is for the devs to recreate Hroth head so it can equip already existing hairstyles with the ears actually showing with them appearing as a part of the hairstyle, like the Miqo'te, rather than being attached to the head under the hair.

Edit: Hunh. Didn't know they added new Hroth ears to the hairstyles for 6.2. Cool! Wasn't expecting that.

Adding ears back to the heads despite the fact that they would have had to have gone OUT OF THEIR WAY to remove said ears in the first place. lol They could have saved themselves a monster headache by just...leaving them there, since the ears are attached to the Hrothgar head by default.

Didn't Yoshi-P say the Hroth ears were under the hair and attached to the actual head of the Hrothgar, instead of the ears being attached to the hair, like how the Miqo'te are? Because if so, then I highly doubt they removed the ears from the old hairstyles they gave Hroth. They just gave Hroth a cheap copy and paste of the old hair without putting the work in to adding new ears to the old hair. Until now, that is.

You are darn right they will keep Pressing. We have been silent and Patient for 2-3 years, and it pretty much got us nowhere. So now Hrothgar players are definitely gonna speak up.
If its why The Male Viera crowd got their way, maybe its about time we followed suit.

exactly! It's what I've been doing to get the hats, and it's what I encourage everyone to do to get the hairs.

They have money and professionals, they don't do it because they don't want to. The mod community has already shown us that it is possible, and without half the resources a company should have.
