Hempen actually, since apparently that is racial gear. Miqo'te female specifically.

I've been wanting the female miqo'te top made available for other races for a very long time. It's probably my favorite top in the game on it's own.

they already have. viera and hrothgar dont have their own sets, they get hand-me-downs

Hrothgar and viera do have their own starter gear sets, that's what this thread is about. Hempen on the other hand, yes, they do not.

They could do that with the hempen sets and upgrade the textures, like they did with the Virtu sets.
