I just find it very fishy that so many houses are being grabbed up by fake FC's who never level past level 6 only to be sold for millions of gil or more.

But this isn't a barebones level 6 FC it's a level 30 FC formed in 2017.



I agree with your argument about level 6 1 person FC selling a plot with nothing, but I don't see a problem in a real FC deciding to switch servers (or leave the game as the last member standing) and sell their old property.
