    People probably don't know about how much a 14 sub cost somewhere they don't live.

    If SE were to lower Ukraine sub they would make a statement about it making more people aware of it.

    No, Ukrainians aren't the only peoples at war, and war is not the only hardship a human can face. If you were to give every suffering human being a free sub, SE would be bankrupt fairly quickly. And Ukrainian people, once they make it here, already receive more than enough benefits where I'm from

    Because it is not so easy. AFAIK you need a russian bank account for this etc. But when it would be for free then you would only need a VPN with a ukrainian IP address.

    Nope, they tried to make actions, but after some time they rolled back. Still 289 rubles but this part wasn't mentioned on site
