New savage raid gear has weapon and armour effects. Thoughts?

Most content in the game is made for casual players, they even decided to release tomestones a week earlier as to not upset the casual playerbase. Most good glamours are also obtainable by casual players. I'm not sure how that makes us raiders spoiled brats. You'll also be able to obtain a version of this armor that isn't dyable just by doing the normal raids, which anyone can do.

A bad glamour that won't glow or be dyable, yes I'm so relieved to hear I'm going to get the welfare version and that I can get the real version when 8.0 comes out.

The gear looks amazing, hands down. My hot take of the day is that dragoon wins this round of gear by a long shot. IMO this is the most beautiful drg lance in the game, beating out my previous favorite: the second stage of the shb relic. I have a soft spot for sword spears. The weapons look like the relic designers got a shot at making savage weapons and I'm all for it.

I'll take that as you can't do savage then. Savage is meant to have a nice reward to show off and look cool for doing it early. They are releasing a huge chunk of casual friendly content. Raiders get a lot less in comparison.
Why are you so salty and bitter. As the saying goes, git gud. If you care enough for the glamour then practice and clear the raids, they are not as hard as some like to make out.

This is such a bizzarre thing to complain about. No one said you have to join toxic parties to do the entire tier. When I started savage I didn't want to deal with those people either so I lead my own statics. We simply didn't invite anyone that wasn't a good personality fit once we established our core. The same can be said for PF. If I want to PUG, I make my own PFs and will kick anyone that either A: lied about their progression level, B: is a toxic weirdo, C: severely underpeforming. Make your own groups and control the culture, it's not everyone else's burden to do it for you.

You know it doesn't have to be that way.

If you genuinely wanted to learn and asked for help, there are hundreds of people who would be happy to show you the ropes, teach and bring you along into content. I help people all the time. Instead you've attacked people here to the point where you're disliked, then you attack them more for disliking you and the cycle continues.

It's self-inflicted. You're clearly more angry at yourself than anyone but lashing out doesn't fix it. You can rant here all you like. No one will care and we'll all go off to farm our shiny weapons and have fun raiding. It's an open invite, it's not our fault you refuse.

I was saying git gud rather ironically but I recognise tone is hard to put across in text. That said, it's a valid response. It's not supposed to be roll over ez content, there should be some things that actually take a bit of effort in the game. It's not like you are forever gated from getting the stuff either.. you just wait until you overlevel/gear it and boom you got it.

The fights are not nightmares at all, they are a challenge that take a moderate amount of time to overcome for the average person. There is no shortage of people who help others clear savage as well. Frankly your attitude sounds like the reason you get booted from savage, you're just nasty.

Anyways, I am really happy they are finally adding more gear with vfx on them! Glowing armour has been missing from the game for too long, ik there is old old ARR stuff and Eureka but that is soo little. I am hyped to finally add to them and hope they do more in future savages.
