I can't say this is super encouraging to hear, and actually leaves me relatively bummed. Manderville related things already disinterest me as they don't really tickle the part of my brain that makes me enjoy things, but now knowing we're going to be completely without an exploratory zone just feels lame. There were lots of parts of Bozja and Eureka I actively disliked, but overall I enjoyed the content and found it an interesting and engaging way to grind for relics in a way that was slightly more interesting than just FATE grinding. The stories of Bozja and Eureka were also very interesting and added a lot to the overarching lore of the world.

I really dislike this, as it feels like a backslide to me, but it is what it is, I suppose.

It’s literally more content and offers square a way to experiment with new skill design and have people be able to do things outside of their role id much prefer that than “go clear crystal tower 86 times for these books so you relic gets stronger”

Not it’ll somehow just be crystal tower grinding again like it has been for every relic except the eurekan relics

Can’t wait to do dungeon content from 10 years ago I do literally daily again just for a relic from a questline I don’t care about

It's really weird how in the very same interview, Yoshi-P confirms that we'll see Scarmiglione first but then acts coy about the 6.2 trial.

Maybe he'll fake his death in the 6.2 dungeon then attack us from behind for the trial?

I don't know why people are surprised we wont be getting a new type bozja. The new deep dungeon is taking the place of the bozja content spot, just like there was no new deep dungeon when we had eureka or bozja.

Have you ever heard of Heaven on High? That was Stormblood content.

Island sanctuary, deep dungeon, variant/criterion dungeons, a Hildebrand relic quest and crystalline conflict is "less content" lol.

But we lost The Feast, Bozja, possibly duels and 48man savage and Ishgard Restoration to make room for that new content.
