here me out they have the money but they are putting it in the wrong places. keep in mind yoshi p and the team did save se from going bankrupt thanks to 14. All the money that they got from 14 is not being invested back into it. Thats pre covid as well. A few things pre covid in aar they patched in nin and we got three dungeons a patch, hw got three jobs and still 3 dungeons. stormblood two jobs because of the developing time understandable and two dungeons. Now we are getting one dungeon a patch.

Going back to investing so far SE has been placing money in NFTS and selling there assets which to me is not the brightest decisions to make.

The budget should be bigger for this department as well and not small. They always have been trying to hire more people to help with 14 development, during the fanfest they where trying to hire and take the most recent live letter they have posted jobs in it.

I only started with ShB, but I think there's more to the dungeon or job count going down. That just seems like a poor way to gauge use of budget. There's always more than just those two items going on. A lot gets overlooked for one reason or another. I'm not going to attempt to cover all of it. I'll just make a couple points.

EW has the same content release going so far AND they're going back and tweaking old content to make it more consistent AND they've reworked PvP with a new mode AND we're getting island sanctuary AND new servers. You can't claim money isn't coming back to the game with all that's been going on lately.

You mean updated, Blue Mage came out in Stormblood.

•Blue is not a normal job like the current ones we have. take this into consideration with nin vs blu. When ninja was patch in it had a lvling system like how the normal jobs are with no restrictions. it lvls up from 1-50( at that time) and could do everything current for that lvl. And can join every bit of content from Pvp-Ultimates and keeps at the current expansion caps Blu on the other hand is that u can lvl outside the normal means aka having someone follow u while you tag and they kill or kill in the target real fast and switching back to blu.

Blu does not learn the skill like traditional way like how the current jobs are, Goal for blu has been ( from what i seen) Get to current cap, then go back and learn all the skills. Blu has there own content and keep in mind yoshi himself said that blu is just *content* It can only do whatever previous cap was or two expansions cap was.

Blu also get there own dailies and weekly's. The only time people use blu outside of the dallies and weeklies are fates for events. You can even take blue to the first fate area in shb and farm that currency if you really want to. Other than that, nothing else blu can really do

•They are reworking those to give them a face lift and streamlining them, which is fine. The main reason why I think they are doing that is for trust system keep in mind you have squadrons( they said that they where going to update them since stormblood, never happened) I also feel once again if they had more people then we could have more dungeons a patch or interesting locations

•PVP and PVE are two different teams.

• We getting more servers and island which is great, but however what are they not going back in fixing? Keep in mind that habit of always adding something new and not fixing the existing things. Take squadrons again came in patch 3.4( 2016) and they said they going to fix back in stormblood , as you can see we are at endwalker.

• Going back to the servers. Where a struggle to get especially during the chip shortage( you can find many threads about this) But then ill ask you are they going to be a ghost town or not. ( Just taking away from what people of the oce server was saying, so take that with a grain of salt) , keep in mind what going on with blizzard at that time and also keep in mind on how heavy they did the marketing for this game as well.

Well yeah, thats a given, what im saying is that content that was provide and the quality has been not the best. I was not trying to use dungeon counts and jobs a metric what so ever that was told to us during the ll. But once again is where does the money go? Keep in mind that there are add on they add such as mahjong and that was created by two people( if i remember) and not to bash them but who really asked to add mahjong? Heck take golden saucer, they took out gates
