Why not just ask for things, and let SE decide where (if anywhere) to put them?

Remember back in HW when Yoshida said that the cash shop would have no effect on the game? Why fight it at this point? I would love to see a loot box system in game only to see the mental gymnastics the devs would have to pull. It would be hilarious, lol.

Heheh, the hand few I've ticked off with my comment.
Yeah, I'm a whale. I've spent a couple thousand dollars on Mog Shop stuff for myself, alts, and friends since ARR.
I'd also be willing to pay 20 to 25 dollars a month because that's still cheap entertainment that lasts 30 days.

As for my zero self respect... I'm not sorry I have money to spend on things I want inside and outside of the game lol.

If I had to guess though I'd say that people that are willing to spend money feel empowered by doing so. They figure they're willing to spend and that SE is willing to accept their money.
