Unfortunately the FFXIV mod community is already doing this. They are selling all this custum stuff on patreons and making a career of it. Which is also promoting other mods to go paywall.

SE can take it all down too if they wanted to, so these modders are running on thin ice. If there is one thing that will force SE into action it's this.
