    People trying to find ways to increase their chances lol. The old system was better for that. The lottery is more fair, but seriously. Good luck getting a house!

    Even if you didn't click for hours at a time at a single placard, the old system had better chances for attaining a house.

    It still required due diligence. Now you just toss your name in a box and carry on with your business.

    All this sounds like is a case of whichever system you got your house with, is clearly the better system. The reality of the matter is no matter what system they use, all it does is rearrange furniture on the titanic.
