    Genuine question really.

    If you want challenging dynamic difficulty you'd need to nerf healing across the board, make damage more constant and lower the GCD.
    Otherwise it'll be damn the healers dead or the meta is now SMN/RDM and nobody will queue for it in DF.

    Debuff that negate healing on you when you fuck up, the infamous damage reduction debuff, association of mech that are intuitive and ask you logical deduction to be done properly (for example an ahk morne coupled with an aoe time bomb on each party member where you'll have to stack and make the guy who's about to explode go away and comeback as fast as he can while the Ahk morne go on.)

    There are plenty of way to associate current mechanics and debuff to make content more engaging and fun.
