No? CC can snowball pretty heavily in either direction. Getting wiped immediately at the start isn't always a loss. Just means they had a better jump at the start. Plenty of times teams turn those around and win.

The matches don't even last long anyways to surrender, if this was some moba style where you actually like defend things or kill minions etc, I would say yeah add a surrender option if the matches takes say 15-20 min, but nah, some matches last 1 minute why bother?

Maybe your data center is a little more active than the other, here in Europe chaos DC I made friends with those I get matched with most of the time and trust me they are not quite that many.
