If you really want to reach people and grow your channel, start your own Discord server and make an Instagram and Twitter account. Do everything you're doing here on there.

I hate to break it to you but most people on here do not care and are just here to either argue with people about having opinions or are here to complain about things wrong with the game. Whatever this thread is is not helping you at all and is only going to attract negativity your way. Especially since this thread is essentially just you calling out whoever you're arguing with in here and now has derailed into something pretty childish.

Seriously, take my advice and go promote somewhere else.

This is it right here. Posting a contest to win in-game currency is desperate self promotion and just makes me think you have no good content. Even if you have a lot of followers already, you are immediately at a disadvantage because I will assume you bought them in similar ways.

Make good content and the followers will come. Bribe them and you will get temporary followers who will leave after they find out they will get nothing else free, and few that will actually watch your videos, which is what you want once you are able to monetize.

Bribing by holding contests like these get you nothing in the long run and will instead be detrimental. Most YT creators started small and stayed small for a long time because it's all about persistence and making videos ppl want to watch. If you do, the people will eventually come, but these kinds of shenanigans is just setting yourself up for failure.

I should also note that asking for help from ppl on the forums while at the same time insulting ppl on the forums is a bit of a facepalm move as well.

Every successful content creator I know started small, focusing on content. The followers came naturally as their reputation grew.

It's the people who give up that don't succeed. Many of the content creators that people know were doing it for years before anyone knew who they were. That's not to say you shouldn't try to make the content better over time with better keywords, titles, and formats because it won't help if the content is boring.

I'm sorry it was removed, I had a fear it was going to happen but didn't wanna call you out or warn about it, only because I saw you seemed to have only good intentions.
Unfortunately this isn't the best place to advertise outside of specific situations. Content outside of contests and without the request for subscribers or comments or what not are generally a lot more accepted.

This is why I can't even entertain the thought of doing YT videos. After seeing and reading up on what the semi-popular channels have to do to stay relevant, it seems way to soul crushing to keep up while hoping what small fanbase you foster is civil. It all sounds so tiring, lol.
