99.999999% chance you googled all the information and never figured this out yourself. So now, instead of it being that the game doesn't tell you, it's...
The game doesn't hold your hand through every single aspect of it, and rather expects that people will be intelligent enough to click things. Continue malding lmao, I'm surprised you're able to keep your saliva in your mouth with the amount of hand-holding you seem to need.

Nope. In fact, the first thing I did when going to the housing district was click all the NPCs around to see if they had anything important to say.
Just a reminder, BTW, that you initially started by saying the game does not say this at all.
Here's a timeline of your goalposts:
BRO WHY DIDNT YOU KNOW ABOUT THE THING THAT THE GAME NEVER TOLD YOU OR EVEN REMOTELY HINTED AT ME AND MY DISCORD FRIENDFS WHO'VE BEEN PLAYING SINCE 1.0 ALREADY KNEW THIS xD BRO YOU MUST BE A SILLY WILLY FOR NOT BEING PSYCHIC AND JUST KNOWING THINGS YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO KNOW LOL LMAOBuddy the game does nothing to even suggest these requirements exist. None. Never. Ever. Not even once. You have to find out the hard way by ignorantly thinking you can get a house now that you got an FC, then seeing you have to rank up 6 whole ranks, then seeing you have to wait a whole month.BRO GO TALK TO SOME RANDOM NPC THE GAME DOESN'T POINT YOU TO (IT DOES NOT ELSE I'D KNOW ABOUT IT, IT'S NOT THE QUEST GIVER FOR ACCESSING WARDS, ITS NOT THE GRAND COMPANY NPC FOR CREATING AN FC, IT"S NOT THE GUY AT THE ENTRANCE TO EVERY WARD WHO LETS YOU MOVE AROUND), JUST SOME GUY CONSPICUOUSLY CALLED "RESIDENT CARETAKER" WHICH COULD MEAN A NUMBER OF THINGS, AND HE'LL GIVE YOU THIS CRITICAL INFORMATION
TOTALLY GREAT GAME DESIGN BTW BRUV
Here's the issue, my guy
They break up the critical information and spread it out between various sources, or don't explain it at all, and expect you to just figure it out. Any and all information pertaining to housing should either be given by a single NPC (the same you need to talk to to even access housing to begin with), or a tab should open like with most other things in the game when you unlock housing that goes over everything relevant to it in detail.
Not, secretly burying a portion of the information in the FC tab (not housing, FC TAB) forcing you to scroll through it to find the information that you don't know you even need to know to begin with.
And then having to talk to ANOTHER NPC who is hidden in wards and you're given no reason to talk to or even any indication they bloody exist.
It's completely ridiculous and obnoxious the way they handled presenting this information to the player. Just because you read the information on some third-party source somewhere or one of your friends told you doesn't make you smart my guy. Stop pretending you figured this out yourself.
Do you need some Valium ?BRO JUST GET AN FC
BRO
JUST BUY GET AN FC
BRO
JUST LEAVE YOUR FC AND YOU CAN GET A HOUSE EZ CLAP
BRO BRO BRO OH WAIT BRO I FORGOT TO MENTION YOU NEED TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND GIL RANKING UP FIRST
"Ok I did that"
OH YEAH BRO YOU GOTTA WAIT A WHOLE 30 DAYS FOR LITERALLY NO REASON AT ALL THEN YOU CAN BUY A HOUSE IF THERE ARE EVEN ANY LEFT LOL LMAO
WAIT WHY DIDN'T I TELL YOU THIS SOONER?

I don’t think having an adult-sized tantrum is going to fix anything.

Can you just admit you never looked beyond surface level heresay and never wanted to bother to do even the smallest amount of research beyond that? You messed up, you're angry that the already severely limited in-game housing wasn't as simple as "making the FC and just getting a house 4head", and never wondered to yourself why, if it was so "simple", that why isn't everyone doing this. Makes for a malding spectacle, for sure.

Also, The Resident caretaker is literally right next to other vendors, and typically right near a marketboard in every ward.
