    Another Great PVP idea

So Ive come to a random idea if you bother to humor me then by all means but its not
complex or crazy... Just hear me out

I've notice a lot of classes don't shine as strongly without having a good team comp so me solution is this

During CC start there is around 30s before the game starts
in those 30s they can allow you to change your class to what ever you have unlocked
    similar to FL

I don't think this will break the game but possibly reinforce meta but it will also show if there is true flaws or benefits to a class that can't be notice as accurately without more prominent encounters

Only works if you don't actually see the jobs of the enemy until the job lock is in place, otherwise it could end up a game of last-second rock-paper-scissors at certain ranks.

That a solid idea dont think hiding enemy bar till the game starts would be game breaking
also you dont need to have your class shown in your plate showcase , still show you plate but that wouldnt define which class your gonna play ingame

Definitely. Only one thing that is worrying is if you are fighting known one-tricks on ladder, so you know what jobs to pick. So the aftermath of adding this will cause one of two things:

    - one-trick player is prone to get countered hard if they don't one-trick a meta job
    - it forces players to learn multiple jobs early on rather than learning one job properly first then advancing on other jobs

    Pros and cons, really.

Jeez those are some solid cons I haven't thought of hmm...
definitely a question of is it worth it
I say if it would hurt the number of PVP players it might not be the best idea
you have definitely gave me something to think about there

The latter should be happening, regardless. Playing multiple jobs, and especially multiple roles, helps you understand the game better.

And if you climbed on one job and start playing a different job you have limited experience playing, you are just straight up griefing your team at that point and deserve to have a 24 hour time-out from the game to re-think your choices. A lot of CC is in understanding how to read the flow of the game and things like that, all of which is transferable between classes, but you still can't just immediately start playing a new class at peak performance.
