Instanced housing, revamping Island Sanctuaries to include personal housing, something along those lines. The wards are a drain on server resources, we've been told time and again. So institute something instanced. Apartments you can purchase in sizes that aren't the size of a breadbox would be a good start.

Personally, I think that's the primary difference between you and the person you're arguing with.

Ok, that's fair. You might poke around the forum for a bit though, there's been some honest, good discussion on why instanced housing would be beneficial for the game.
