    I agree its a shit situation you're in but I don't foresee a way for people to transfer AND keep their home while there is still a massive housing shortage. There's no real way for it to be fair to the people who are on the world youre transferring to to just have plots snatched up by people moving around. Like I said I agree its a crappy situation but I think Silverbane above offered the most reasonable solutions that you have unfortunately.

    I mean instanced housing would completely remove the previously mentioned massive housing shortage so yea thats a solution but SE doesnt seem to have that in the works anywhere.
