The kind of behavior you are mentioning is addressed here:Is there actual evidence that reporting someone spamming quick chat or marking target to ignore actually works ? The only examples of bans that I've seen were clear rank 1 wintraders and it's unclear how long those bans were for.
Everyone keeps telling me that the only way someone gets banned is super mass reporting for wintrading or if someone says some racist stuff or something.

I've reported people almost a dozen times for that and, so far, most have not repeated their mistake. It's difficult to tell for sure if anything has happened, since it can be days before you run into the same person again. I assume people are getting warnings at the very least.
What I'm more interested in seeing is for the blacklist to suppress any pings in party chat during a match (it does not). If you're a chronically salty player and get blacklisted, even your helpful pings will fall on deaf ears and you'll end up hurting yourself. I think that would be quite appropriate.
N9 wuch sympathy do we give to people who break the ToS by saying even 1 curse word, we want them banned forever and maybe have legal action taken against them by sqexProblem is say no one wants to play with you, and a bunch of players BL you. You would legit only need two people within that match one on each team to BL you. So how would you get a match if a say it is passed around that you are a bad a player and a bunch of people BL you? How would you get matches?
Not saying you are a bad player, just an example.
But somehow people who get consistently blacklisted by everyone around them is a victim?
Nah, if you get blacklisted by anyone, it's your own fault.

This is as bad as people that ask for bad luck protection in a housing lottery

Just remember guys. Just because it’s wrong to blacklist the person, that doesn’t mean the person is already blacklisting YOU.

I understand why ppl have this fear of doing the thing that may clean up the problem at hand. Gotta be part of the cool crew you know, give the reigns to the higher ups. Oh man, is the forums and other places become uncomfortable to talk now? Oh, the TOS made it to where we have to “regulate” ourselves when we didn’t have to before? Oh well, I can’t blacklist anymore so that person that blacklist me with no issues can ruin my day…
Again the only reason i remember them amongst all my matches is solely how annoying it is when theyre on my team, if black listing doesnt prevent them from joining, doesnt prevent me from seeing their messages or noises, then what purpose is a blacklist?

It doesn’t do anything. You pretty much stuck with them. I get them too and just, “got dang it, I expecting a loss, 80% chance.”

I'd love it if there was a "per message" timing, so after a couple times of nice job, you couldn't use it anymore for like 15 seconds. This allows you to really tell someone "nice job" when they're doing well, or "falling back "but if they spam it too much, the system mutes them.
Cool, you should report that person because that's multiple explicit ToS violations right there.I understand that this might hurt some of the secene but im fine if theyre on the enemy team.
But someone who spams "nice job" after any small screw up or marking you "target to ignore" after death is really annoying and brings the vibe down for the match, and considering i lose everytime theyre on my time im considering just taking the penalty and leaving before the match starts anyways.
