    PvP only has one tactic

The tactic is to simply find or create the weakest link and gang-up on them with your best effort to keep them stunned long enough to weaken them or score a kill. The first team to widdle down the other side wins or gets the upper hand if the losing team manages to widdle down the winning team to topple and become the next winning team.

It's the case in both CC and FL. Do your best to bully a single person before bullying the next. The first team to manage and keep at it wins.

This is making PvP boring because it repeats and why people find it frustrating to enjoy.

I am pretty sure that is not the tactic that gives me over 50% winning rate as solo Q in past 8 years at Frontline.

Ok. Is there another tactic you can tell me about?

    There are many tactics.
In Secure, I have make sure one GC always end up 3rd place by taking advantage of Horde Stompede mindset and making this GC wasting time travelling between their OP and satellite OP.
If I like it, I can also doing assassin's creed's style to remove enemy high BH players and advise time when is the best timing to proceed to middle because I controlled the high ground and able to overlook everything other 2 GC is doing.
For Shattered in which I consider my back yard, I can ensure that GC that I am harrassing also end up as 3rd place, again, by taking advantage of people's stampede mindset.
I am not going to list every tactic i have as you didn't pay tuition fee but definitely not as absurd as you have described.

The situation you are making only exist at beginning of every major PvP patch due to influx of new players.
They can't kill experience players and of course they will pick one that they can kill.
These players wont stick to Frontline anyway

Before you start to complain, at least makes you know how to use terrain to your advantage.
Frontline is not typical WoW Thunderdome style PvP, it more like Alterac Valley where you need to use terrain to your advantage.

Would you believe me if I said that I have seen a couple extreme rare situations that sorta breaks that rule? It's mainly in secure and shatter though.

It's pretty much constant stun locks until death. Purify does nothing. Crowd control needs a major balance pass.

You have just described every form of competitive PVP in every MMO of this stripe that has ever existed, as well as most MOBAs and a few other game types on top of that.

Like.. yeah? Team-based PVP is about creating openings and then leveraging momentum? Of course it is?

Congrats for figuring out "How to PVP anywhere 101".

The trick to it is how you end up doing it if even the weakest link is made of titanium.

Dont even have to go that far. Just summon a bunch of bahamuts and win

In frontlines I suppose so, but you'd be hardpressed to find multiple Bahamuts let alone the downtime between fights to freely charge ONE in CC.
