Snagging supposed to let us catch things that don't "bite". So I assumed things like oysters or kelp might need snagging. When I just started Ocean Fishing, it was one of those little things that cost nothing to do, but better have it active just to be safe. Further looking into the matter, it seems irrelevant since nobody had found it to be useful in any way in Ocean Fishing at all. Apparently, oysters and kelp can still be caught without snagging. So I think I'll scratch that out from my guide in my next update. Thanks for bringing this up!

Also added some recent updates, such as alternative baits for Spectral Fish -- the baits in brackets below are also found to be able to catch Spectral Fish in the corresponding areas:

The Ciedalaes — Ragworm
Northern Strait of Merlthor — Ragworm (or Krill)
Southern Strait of Merlthor — Krill (or Plump)
Bloodbrine Sea — Krill (or Ragworm)
Galadion Bay — Plump Worm
Rhotano Sea — Plump Worm (or Ragworm)
Rothlyt Sound — Plump Worm
