    So... don't stack up when they have their big buttons available. Isn't this CC 101 stuff?

    If WHM has LB, everyone spreads out. When WHM doesn't have LB, it's safe to stack. Same with Primal Rend, RPR LB, and so many other things.

    It's still a buff. More incentive to stack means more opportunities for whm drg smn etc to land a huge limit.
