Like I thought, it was about the PF. OP, you can have your vigil but you can't advertise it in PF or shout chat. It's not against the rules to gather as a group. Invite people via discord.

Organizing an event of that nature in-game is like sending thoughts and prayers when a tragedy occurs. Supporting a cause you believe in is good and all, but please leave the slacktivism on Twitter.

I probably wouldn't expect much of anything from them, especially with how easy they are to distract. Emotions over reason and all that.
