Forgive me, but I will use your comment as an example.
When I played other MMOs I once learned that there are real "bot companies" that operate in various MMOs aiming to exchange items and in-game currency for real money on volatile and temporary sites.
So, the view that what they're looking to drop in their activities are more or less important (because it's cheap or low in demand or because it's something common or easy or not obtain by the regular player) DOESN'T MATTER. Because, the important thing is to have the vision of the whole picture.
Little profit or not in each activity on each place they spawn on each game, these companies will destroy the economy on every single game they touch while honest gamers will always suffer.
The first thing we have to do is NEVER BUY GIL or anything from suspicious sites. And the second one is always be mindful about those f*****s. And the third one is to help the company we all have signed their ToS. They have the obligation to mitigate this kind of problem and we can do (even but a little) to help them in that.
