I'm still wondering why some people want the neighbourhood when it's nothing but a sham.

Anyway, even if they do implement instanced housing, it took way too long for me to give a damn about it. Also i doubt i could do the hilariously absurd fallout 3 raider style decorations, so meh. That was a hoot!
