I'm just now getting the opportunity to sit down and read this, I love the distinction of Vrtra making himself useful and his skinsuit being a grown ass man this time. Also the insistence upon maintaining monarchy or imperial claim of certain lands instead of yet another United States of Alphinaud and the empire being completely destabilized at risk of throwing its annexed territories into economic uncertainty. While I don't find myself thinking this is exactly what I would like to see, it's interesting nonetheless.

Agreed. While we're at it I'd do away with the role quests entirely and give the jobs their own stories again. I'd make Zenos deserve his return and place in the story instead of removing him for most of the expansion (he was on the promo art and you are sitting on a literal planet of RPGs, how you haven't figured out how to write him is incompetence at best and indolence at worst), make the Sundering be a result of multiple screwups from multiple Ancients by tampering with forces beyond even their understanding instead of making two stupid people and a kid responsible, change the final area to something that isn't an emotion trap (Close in the Distance is fine tho), delete Elpis as a map, remove escort quests and follow quests completely, remove tank buster markers because literally get good if I can do it so can you, and stop using all forms of social media. Especially the stop using all forms of social media.
