Most of what Jojoya said about me in that post was demonstrably false. I do give her credit for calling me out on the grammar (I should have been consistent in the use of the word "worse") but she did it in a very childish way. She then proceeded to act further childishly by making claims that I said things that I never said. I have never told anyone that they should not dare disagree with me and any reference I have made regarding apartments being bad (should have used the word "worse" here) was always in RELATION to houses (the only other form of living quarters we have at the moment). Additionally she called bullshit about how I feel about living space in houses when she doesn't know a damned thing about me. I can tell you right now that my limits for room space without feeling claustrophobic are 3x3 or higher. That precludes me from ever having more than one comfortable room in an apartment, making apartments little more than a simple box. A small house has at a minimum, two decent sized rooms. For me, apartments are not a suitable form of housing in their current state. I suspect given the amount of interest in the Lottery there may be more people who feel the same way for the same reason or perhaps a different one. If you want to add something constructive to the discussion, I am all ears. Make a post advocating a revamp of the apartment system, for example.

If a apt feels worse then having a small, doesnt having a small feel worse then having a medium? Or a medium feels worse then a large? I mean that is true right? Its kinda a universal thing. If you have a small drink and someone has a large gulp, of course you're going to feel like the small is worse. Playing on a 32" TV feels worse then playing on a 55" TV

To address the point about the room size, the smalls have 1 small upper floor and a slightly larger lower floor, but they are still comparable to the apt size. So when you say an apt makes you feel claustrophobic and you point to a room of a very similar size and say "thats different" I think you can see why i look at what JoJo said there and i go "ehhh, i can see why they feel that way". But also if you have claustrophobia why not work around the limitation and build a robust single room, until the opportunity to get a house comes along? Because if you had a small you would likely build 2 single rooms because they are 2 "simple boxs" sandwiched on-top of each other. When you go downstairs, youre still in a "simple box" when you go upstairs, you're still in a slightly smaller "simple box". So having 2 boxes linked wouldn't trigger your claustrophobia when you can only occupy 1 of those "simple box" at a time?

If you feel like you cant build more then a single room due to your affliction, make a robust single room.

I have said, i agree with a item increase, i agree with increasing the size of the apt to be the size of the basement of a small, and i think they should give you a shared balcony , where you can buy a dirt patch to cross-breed to your hearts content. Only 1 problem. The western audience wont settle for anything that isn't a house, you can build a decent space in an apt, but its not that we can't. But people don't want to. But going to a Eastern developer and making Western demands about something western players feel entitled to isn't going to fly.

For me a single room, no matter how it looks, is still just a single box and does not feel like a home. I'm not saying that everyone should feel this way. I'm saying that I feel this way. A small house gives the option of at least having two separate rooms. I would be fine if the apartment system were revamped so that larger sized apartments could be purchased. As I have said before, my goal is not to own a house. My goal is to have a living space large enough to accommodate multiple rooms that do not feel claustrophobic. Your apartment looks nice, by the way, but it still gives that "just a single box" vibe.
