    Do we even know if Square Enix has acknowledged this problem? They are usually fast to post on lodestone when the problem is on their end, do they even know or are they being silent because the root cause is not their responsibility?

    is better wait for steam to fix they servers than SE do something, last time i and a lot of people have a issue in the game because something on SE end, i have to wait for 1 month for SE to adress the issue and plus one month to have the issue fixed
