Everything will be, it'd look very odd if the faces and everything else was updated except old hairstyles lol.
Pretty sure they were old hairstyles too in the examples we were shown and they had definitely been updated.

i played pso2 so i know that is the devs don't 1000% say all will be it will not.

SEGA only cares about shoving scratches in their customers face and not about improving the actual game to a point that F2P players can play without having to dedicate their entire lives to grinding.

That can easily be seen with the new tier of weapons and the requirements to even get 6* weapons up to par to farm for the new 7*. It literally encourages you to throw money at their gacha system to sell cosmetics to get the meseta you'd need.

This is not the same game or environment in any capacity.

my point is people take as if pso2 ngs will upgrade all the things. but to be real sega never did say ALL. that's why i wait and see more so when yoshi did say it will not be all in one go.
