Summoner rework is a huge dissapointment

That's because you keep replying to anyone who naysays or disagrees with you. If you truly didn't care, you would say your piece and move on. 'Cause right now, you're doing a pretty poor job of displaying how little this means to you.

I do care about my own enjoyment more than I care about that of people I never met or know outside this one post on the forums. I'm sure most people care more about enjoying their own free time in a video game as well. Selfish? Sure. Do I feel any remorse whatsoever at your attempt to shame me? Nope.

And for the person who said he feels like his time learning a class was wasted? ROFL. You act like you invested years into some prized skill set. Like it takes more than a few dungeons to get some basic functionality of learning for any class in this game. The classes in this game are all straightforward enough, as the game is designed to class-hop at will and not be a total disaster. To that poster, I also played SMN since ARR, which I wrote in my post. So *shrug*.

Pretty much the only thing I support mentioned here are more glamor options and the introduction of even more Primals to play around with. And possibly the removal of the need for Carbuncle, but even the Carbuncle dependency doesn't really bother me and I think still fits as Carbuncle is a recurring summon.

Here is the thing. Even though yes classes can be straight forward, people still mess them up. Know how many times that i have seen combo broken or things not being used due to nobody ready there tools tip?. Keep in mind the following since they did the change to smn we most likely re not going to get any glamour options, we have been waiting for years for new summons but never got a single new one .

And besides were told, if we want to provide feedback come to the forums to do so.

The distinction between which version of Summoner you prefer depends on what you are as a player. Are you a low effort "ooooh shiny!" Player? Then you'll like it. Care about performance/effort? Then you'll hate it. Maybe when the job gets expanded upon later itll be fun but rn it's just cycling through your legos. Basically 0 skill expression. Why anyone would play new summoner over red or black mage is beyond me lol

That's a disservice to legos; they can be constructive and form complex structures. I prefer to think of Summoner as a kid eating crayons, then vomiting them.
