My FC is a small, best lot in the Goblet Ward 1, plot 50 right next to the waterfall and in front of the pool Works just fine for our needs.

oh thats wonderful thats one of the nicer goblet spots, i disliek the outer ones by the void. by the water facing ones are cute.

there are a TON of personal buyers that WANT smalls. I have many friends that want a house, any house, and have been bidding on every single lottery without luck for a small house.

I dont believe believe you are correct that they would still stand empty if they were M's & L's.... there are lots of FC's in small houses across all the housing wards that would like to upgrade but there just aren't enough M/L houses for all FC's to have one - they would pay to relocate to a larger house, but are not going to pay to relocate to another small. Hence all the M/L houses are gone in new wards, smalls remain widely unused.

I have a small personal house, and absolutely would love to upgrade to a med/lg, and bid when they are available as well - but since the in initial lottery they have all but disappeared.

But there are definitely people who want, and would be happy with, a small. There are a lot of newer players who do not have the 'gil to burn' and a small is a great starter house.

I counted up the other day. On Crystal, Mateus, Empyreum had over 200 smalls available in the all the FC wards. There has also been a couple of lottery cycles now. Time to open them up! Nothing is crappier than have all these empty plots in on an RP server :P I need more neighbors. If people chose to not take the opportunity to grab FC smalls, at least open it to any individual buyers who want them.

Nah, gotta reserve those for the shell FCs you see? Who cares about personal bidders, they can satisfy themselves with having to face the ludicrous odds to land a small cottage while shell FCs continue to have the picks of their lives.

Shell FCs are against Terms of Service. if you have actual proof that someone's FC is a shell FC just for housing, then report them.

For the current lottery period on my server there are SIX personal houses available. meanwhile there are at least 694 open FC houses. Please open up some of the FC housing for personals. what is the point of having all this open FC housing that isnt being used????

"Shell FCs" are not against the ToS. Stop spreading misinformation. (Btw, your small FC you made with your husband counts as a Shell FC.)
