I hope Criterion Dungeons is something with a lot of replayability and challenges with interesting rewards.
My biggest question is whether these dungeons are going to be brand new ones, or just old dungeons with rearranged stuff.
I wouldn't mind an approach like they did with the (Hard) dungeons, as in using the same setting to tell a different side story... However I would certainly be excited for the "Hard" part to actually be in practice, because the ones we have are hard just in the name. They could've branded "Alternative" or just a different first name and the effect would still be the same.
My biggest fear about that system is that it's just going to be the mythic/mythic+ thing just like WoW. I know the game is copying a lot of what made WoW popular but I believe they copied all they could from WoW. At this point if they keep following WoW this closely then the game will stagnate exactly like WoW. Though considering we have dailies/weeklies and a bunch of currencies we have to keep an eye on perhaps we are just lamenting the inevitable, lol.I hope Criterion Dungeons is something with a lot of replayability and challenges with interesting rewards.

Samurai fixes or at least acknowledgement of the massive amounts of feedback given about it.
Have a feeling they'll double down on the new SAM, but I hope they don't. x'D
I would be down for it actually... At least back in Legion when I played, Mythic + was really fun. The problem though was the playerbase creating a toxic environment around it.My biggest fear about that system is that it's just going to be the mythic/mythic+ thing just like WoW. Regardless, I just hope it's not a feature that you just... play 1x a week for a coffer.
Coming to Deep Dungeons as an example... There, besides the completion itself, the place has a lot of replayability because you may want to farm treasure sacks as they give some (back then at least) really rare items. Since we are getting a DD at some point in EW, I don't think they'll follow a similar formula of escalating difficulty, so I'm at a loss on what exactly they can pull for it.
One thing for sure, is that I think there's gonna be some kind of supporting system to this kind of dungeon, like logos/Lost Actions/Pomanders... they mentioned it being adaptable for solo players too, so I would think they would make the structure at least remotely accessible for jobs without a lot of innate survivability, like BLM.
Yep. We need to continue to keep on them about this. This issue is not going away, nor are those who want it addressed. Give us what we want and we'll go away. Plain and simple. Until then...people are gonna have to deal with our presence.
Well let's see. It's been 3 years and hrothgar still cannot use all their racial hairs. The devs felt it was acceptable to rip off their ears for assugly hair styles meanwhile they can gogo gadget extend miqote ears for the afro. Female hrothgar were announced the same time as mviera and we haven't heard about them since. Hrothgar is not a race you can play on the free trial so to play as one you have to fork out the cash and despite being made for the most anticipated expansion prior to ew they have nothing to show for it.
So nah every single thread until the devs finally acknowledge how badly they've left hrothgar abandoned has to be this way. People would not shut up about a sex that doesnt even exist in IVALICE and they got that crap so I really wish people besides hrothgar players would give as much a crap as they did over middy hyurs with ears stappled to their scalp race no.67.
They need to apologize to hrothgar players and actually do their job like they do for every other race. Fviera just got another new hair option so you can assume mviera will get whatever drops in 6.2. What about hrothgar? It sure is convenient Lyse's new set dropped eons before they made fhrothgar because god forfend the devs make new content work for hrothgar whatsoever.
I want ears back in 6.2. I want every racial hair native to hrothgar to be unlocked for us. I want Windcaller, Rainmaker, Artoriels hair, the pvp hair everyone likes, and I will not be happy til that happens. I am really not asking for much. I just wish the devs would remember they made TWO races in shb, not just one. I want acknowledgment, and for real options to exist. It'll be long past the 3rd anniversary of shadowbringers launch, I want my player race that debuted in shb to be treated like they care for ONCE.
i just want the devs to STOP '''''hiding''''' what will be implemented, and tell us ALL THE DETAILS of what that thing will be, island sanctuary or criterion dungeons or whatelse, they are just harming themself, people will ALWAYS speculate, and that will cause harm to the game
