being that the letter comes before the poll ends (or right at the time the poll ends), it is highly unlikely that the letter would include and poll results though

If I remember correctly, The Second's Player Poll came in a Non-letter. 1.22 stuff will be in the letter and the Poll will come probably next week sometime.
