but we do see signs of more complexity in endwalker. if they can make "if all quests finished, then dyeable" artifact gear whats stopping them from adding "if job at level cap, then unrestricted glamour"

like i said its only a guess . but i would think there is a difference between restricted and intentional blocking until requirement is fulfill.. and like i said that developer team could not want to lift the restriction. I think yoshi said in an interview when there was a question about glamour that they wanted to have some restriction for identity sake but i could well have been dreaming about that
