    It used to be required but I think they removed the post-ARR quest that required it. You had to go get a stone for a quest in Mor Dhona IIRC.

    To the OP, they could just change the name to "Level 50+ Dungeons"

    That's how my friends and I identify it now for sake of ease

    The problem for me is that isn’t exactly right, because saying 50+ to me means 50-90 not, dungeons at x0 level.

    The dungeons in that roulette were at one point in time, released as max level dungeons for their respective expansions, hence the “Legacy Cap”.
