How about letting the ones who run these servers and builds this game decide when they open up all wards to the public, because it WILL happen, but need some cycles of the lottery first to get in place before opening it all up... they done this before, FC's got first dips and thats it, this fair lottery system is slow, but gives all a fair chance without having to ruin their wrists or see themself 'forced' to break the ToS.

Which means, it will all be normal soon enough again, with lotto cycles for all anywhere any ward and so on and so forth.

Because ones running the game sucks and should been replaced long ago. SE never puts most the money they get from FFXI back into it but uses it for other games that fail. I'm hoping one day Microsoft buys them out then maybe the game will get the fixes it needs.

God. This. The idea that there will just be more Shell fcs in the game is really disappointing. I really feel like it shouldn't be allowed but that's just me. FC's are a social thing. Why do people get to use it as essentially another personal housing? I know it's a bit more complicated than that but I think it's pretty messed up that people even feel the need to go make shell fcs in response to their only being FC slots left. Feels like the switch will happen too little too late if we keep going forward with this layout past a certain point.

I know it's changing! Trust me, I do. But it doesn't change the fact that newly made FCS are going to start rounding out of there "30 days til you can bid on a house" timer.

Convert or add more Wards for Private House buyers! There is to many houses for FC!
In the last lottery I was 1 out of 87 for 1 plot in the Mist and I lost. I am tired of loosing in the lottery system because there isn't enough housing to go around.
The game needs to imput more Private Housing in the game.

What's worse is when you try and buy a plot in these limited privet wards and there are over 100 people bidding on the plot and its the only one available in that entire district.

Yep, this is the case in Faerie rn. Less than 10 Personal plots across the entire server, every with 100+ bids. This is nowhere NEAR sustainable as content everyone should be able to enjoy.

Seriously. This is absurd. There were 282 open FC plots in Empyreum on Mateus this last lottery cycle. As of right now? Its down to 255. Yes I'm aware its early in the result period.

282 SMALL PLOTS. That are FC only. Seriously. That is insane.

Oh and to give you a number from the cycle before? 313.

So we went from 313 to 282, now at 255 on last sweep. All of them small FC plots. Someone want to tell me what's wrong with that? Because clearly SE doesn't see it the same way.
